   4  FastFrame is an application framework written in PHP that allows for the rapid
   5  development of secure and robust applications. By utilizing object-oriented
   6  programming, design patterns, and PEAR libraries it allows both small and
   7  large development teams to achieve their goals in a fast and efficient manner.
   8  It serves as the foundation for several applications, such as Checkout, a
   9  program for loaning and reserving all sorts of items and Mayday!, a trouble
  10  ticket system that allows departments to track and manage issues/problems.
